About the Sisterhood

I'm Stacy—a wife to the best of men, proud pet parent, writer, speaker, and lifelong advocate. When I'm not coaching, recording the podcast, or creating new resources, you'll usually find me writing poetry, composing music, gardening, or dreaming up the next meaningful adventure. I'm the founder of The Luminarium, creator of The Unspoken Loss™, and co-founder of Autoimmune Adventures.
My health journey includes lupus, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, celiac disease, Sjögren's , and EDS. Living with multiple autoimmune conditions has taught me that while chronic illness can change the path you're on, it never defines who you are.
Through The Unspoken Loss™, I help women navigate the life-changing journey of pregnancy and infant loss by combining compassionate support with nervous system regulation strategies that foster healing and hope. As an Advocacy and Nervous System Regulation Coach, I also empower people living with chronic illness to move from survival to possibility through science-backed tools, practical advocacy, and a deeper understanding of how the brain and body work together to heal. Whether I'm coaching, speaking, or sharing conversations through Autoimmune Adventures, my mission is to help others rediscover hope, resilience, and the confidence to build a meaningful life beyond life's unexpected challenges.

I'm Becky—a wife, bonus mom, and hobby farmer living in North Texas with my husband, our family, and a collection of animals that I probably talk about more than I should. When I'm not recording the podcast or tending to life on the farm, you'll usually find me reading, writing, traveling, or gathering around the table with family and friends over a good meal.
My health journey has included systemic lupus, fibromyalgia, Raynaud's syndrome, celiac disease, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). Before my hysterectomy, I also navigated endometriosis and PCOS. Living with chronic illness has changed the path my life has taken, but it has never changed who I am.
That's why I'm so passionate about helping others. I want people facing autoimmune disease and chronic illness to know that while these conditions may shape part of their story, they never define their worth, their purpose, or the life they're still capable of building. Through Autoimmune Adventures, I hope to offer encouragement, practical tools, and the reminder that no one has to navigate this journey alone.

I'm Alysia—a wife, mom of five, and lifelong learner who is always on the go. Between raising our family, supporting my husband, working, and managing chronic illness, life is full, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love learning, sharing what I've discovered, and helping others find hope in the middle of life's challenges.
My health journey includes celiac disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, fibromyalgia, ADHD, and I'm currently being evaluated for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and the mast cell–hypermobility–dysautonomia trifecta. Living with chronic illness has taught me resilience, flexibility, and the importance of caring for both body and mind.
I'm also the creator of The Angry Crone, where I talk about the realities of ADHD, perimenopause, and the many twists and turns of chronic illness with humor, honesty, and a healthy dose of sarcasm.
As a mom, I'm passionate about helping my children learn to care for their bodies, especially since many have inherited the same genetic challenges our family faces. Through Autoimmune Adventures, I hope to encourage others with practical knowledge, honest conversations, and the reminder that while chronic illness may shape part of your story, it never defines who you are.
