The Autoimmune Adventures Podcast

Finding True North:
Navigating Chronic Illness

Welcome to Autoimmune Adventures,
a podcast hosted by three sisters navigating the realities of life with autoimmune disease.
Through honest conversations and thoughtful
dialogue with wonderful guests, professionals,
and advocates, we share lived experience, expert insight, and practical tools to support those on
a similar path. Together, we explore what it means
to face challenges, build resilience, and live —
without allowing a diagnosis to define who we are.
Our hope is that, even in the smallest way, these conversations help you feel informed,
encouraged, and less alone.
Remember you are worthy of joy.
Disease does not define your life—you do.

The Autoimmune Sisterhood

Hi there, fellow Adventurers! I’m Stacy - a wife to the best of men, a proud pet parent, and a creative soul diagnosed with Lupus, Hashimoto’s, Celiac, and Sjögren’s. When I’m not coaching or speaking, you’ll usually find me writing poetry, crafting songs, experimenting in the kitchen, or dreaming up my next meaningful adventure.
By day, I’m a Flow Regulation and Advocacy Coach and the founder of The Luminarium, a space dedicated to clarity, restoration, and forward momentum. Through my work, I help students, parents, and adults move through anxiety, overwhelm, and learning blocks using brain-based strategies, mindset work, and a whole lot of heart to help them become grounded, confident, and calm.
I’m also an international motivational speaker, sharing raw, real stories about navigating trauma, loss, and fear—and what it takes to rise again. My focus is helping people reconnect with their voice, transform challenge into purpose, and rediscover joy, always grounded in honesty, compassion, humor, and hope.

I'm Becky, a wife, bonus mom, and hobby farmer. I live in North Texas with my husband, kids, and a bunch of animals that I probably talk about more than I should. I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, and cooking, especially with my family and friends.
I manage systemic lupus, fibromyalgia, Raynaud’s syndrome, and celiac disease, and before my hysterectomy, I had endometriosis and PCOS. Although these diseases have impacted the direction my life has taken so far and the direction it will take in the future, I know they do not define me. I want to help people understand the same thing about their autoimmune challenges.

Alysia here! I'm a busy mom to five kids and I'm always on the go. I'm just doing my best to handle the demands of mom-life, being a good partner to my husband and holding a job, while managing celiac disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and fibromyalgia.
I cherish the moments of joy and fulfillment that come from being a mom and I have a goal to teach my children how to take care of their bodies since they inherited my genes. I have a passion for learning and educating people about living with autoimmune issues and keeping a hopeful outlook during the journey.
